SHIPPING INFORMATION

It takes 2-3 days after you place an order for processing due to the large numbers of orders we receive daily. If you need your order expedited we suggest you call and let us know how you want your order shipped. We will do our best to comply, otherwise we ship orders in the order that they are received.

Please understand that all items may not be in stock, inventory changes daily. If an order is on backorder, we will ship what is in stock and contact you to see if you still want the item on backorder.

Shipping costs ARE NOT included at final checkout because we do not know what the shipping cost will be until the order is processed, boxed and weighed. Just because shipping is indicated as "0" at time of check does not mean the shipping is free.

Once your order is processed we ship using a carrier of our choice which will provide the cheapest trackable shipping. We then add this amount to your final order total.

Unless otherwise instructed at time of checkout, your order will ship by ground shipping. If you want the order shipped overnight please indicate at time of checkout.

Please understand that unless otherwise indicated, your order is not insured. If you want your order insured, please indicate at time of checkout. We will determine the cost of shipping AND insurance, process and ship the order. If you want to be notified on the cost first before your order is shipped please indicate at time of checkout and we will make 3 attempts to contact you. The order will not ship unless we get your written approval if you want to know cost first.

Please understand that ALL USPS shipments are not insured and once the order is shipped and accepted by the USPS we have no further responsiblity for order. If you want insurance, the same procedure above applies.

If an order has excessive shipping costs we will make 3 attempts to contact you to advise you of the costs.

Our main carriers are FEDEX for United States shipments and USPS for APO shipments.
