SHIPPING INFORMATION
All payments must be received prior to shipment. Companies who
have established an open account and have a good payment history on Net 30 day
terms are exempt. On large orders even companies with an open account may be
required to put a 50% down payment on custom orders. Official
U.S. Government orders are exempt.
Due to restricted delivery areas, excessive weight or oversized packages
that cannot beserviced by one carrier,
we reserve the right to use the most economical carrier available.
Shipping/postal rates change frequently and occasionally cannot be
properly computed into the price of the product before it is purchased.
Therefore we reserve the right to charge the true cost of shipping regardless
of what amount the merchandise currently sells for. You will not be charged
without first being contacted.
Most orders, if the item is in stock, can be processed and
shipped in 1-2 days. (Not including time in transit). Please
allow 3-6 business days for ground delivery, business days do not include
weekends or holidays. If a delay in the shipment of your order is expected, you
will be notified by email and a phone call. Please keep in mind that we
actually manufacture all of our products here at our own facility, some
products may take a little longer to ship depending on our manufacturing
schedule. On custom orders, we will give you a best estimate of the shipping
date.
If you need your order quickly we have different shipping
options to expedite your order. Expedited shipping also depends upon
availability of the items. Please call if you require expedited shipping, our
customer service department will do everything possible to meet your needs.
Shipments to APO/FPO/AFO, P.O. Boxes,
Hawaii
and
Alaska
are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
It is recommended you purchase insurance for your order.
MILITARY SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is a “Official”
U.S.
military shipment that requires bar coding, MIL SPEC labeling or packaging
and/or RDF tagging additional charges may apply. If this special shipping
requirements apply we will notify the contracting officer/buyer of the
estimated shipping costs and delivery times.
SHIPMENT METHODS
Shipments to
U.S.
destinations are shipped US Postal Service.
Shipping method depends on the weight and value of the order.
FEDEX, UPS, Motor carrier
and DHL are the other carriers we use for shipments. Please let us
know if you have a specific carrier you would like us to use. If not we
will choose the best carrier for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
POLICY
On all international orders, other than US government
orders, requires a method of
payment other than credit card. Orders that originate in “high risk” countries
cannot be paid for with a credit card. Call our customer service department to
make arrangements for prepayment.
International orders are sent via Global Express Mail,
Surface delivery to International addresses is neither traceable nor insurable.
For these reasons, we offer air shipping only. Oversize and/or heavy items will
require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you
will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is
shipped.
The recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable
duties, taxes and any other fees associated with the order. Gift orders may be
assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your local Customs
office for more information.
NOTE: Minimum charges are only a
guideline. We examine all shipping charge computations and frequently reduce
the fees if they are deemed to be to high or unreasonable based on the item
weight and/or shipping destination.
