The ultimate system for securing and evacuating casualties from the battlefield. CASEVAC system is designed to carry a folding litter not incl, all req'd tie down straps to secure litter patients to vehicles, medical evacuation aircraft or assault boats. System also comes with MOLLE compatible first aid pouches to carry a basic load of medical supplies as well as fixed pockets to carry tie down straps. System is MOLLE compatible and has a built in shoulder strap system plus heavy duty loop handles to secure system to vehicles. This is the ideal CASEVAC system for ground combat operations where patients have a high probability of being transported by vehicle and subsequent evacuation by aircraft but cannot be moved from the litter due to time constraints or medical condition. Works equally as well in the marine enviroment aboard rubber assault boats, raiding craft, etc.
