RETURN POLICY
All sales are final on orders over $500.00 or custom orders.

ACCPTED OR AUTHORIZED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE***
All returns must be authorized in
advance by AWS, Inc and be accompanied by a return authorization number (RTA).
You must contact us before attempting to return an item and let us know
what you wish done (exchange, refund, credit, etc). We will issue a
Return Authorization Number (RTA) which must be written on the outside
of the package. Packages returned without the RA# or without previous
authorizations will be refused. All return packages must be pre-paid by the
shipper or will be refused. All returns are subject to acceptance and, in some
case, sales may be final or a 30% restocking/cancellation fee may be imposed.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
CAUTION: THE RTA# MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE
IN A LEGIABLE MANNER OR THE PACKAGE
WILL BE REFUSED.
Please return any items in their
ORIGINAL packing materials in
NEW condition along with a brief
explanation for the return and we will certainly do what is necessary to
correct the discrepancy.
There are
absolutely no refunds, exchanges or cancellations of body armor, ballistic
gear, shields, helmets, worn clothing/footwear, customized vests, or any
other custom made item, ropes, ladders and life support items. These items
cannot be resold and therefore non-refundable.
Refunds will only be made in the same form as the
original payment with 14 days of our receipt of the return. We will be
responsible for all the shipping charges when we ship wrong or defective
items. If the correct item is shipped, and the customer requests an
exchange, the customer will be notified of additional shipping charges
before the exchange is completed.
You can return your
purchases by the following these instructions:
1). Contact us and
explain why you want to return an item so we can issue a
RTA.
2). Write the reason for the return on your invoice
and include it with your return. If you don’t have the invoice, write your
full name and address as it was given when you placed the order. Be sure
to WRITE the RTA on the outside of the package in bold
numbers.
3). Specify whether you
want a return or exchange.
4). For an exchange, please indicate which new
product you want by providing the item number located below the photo on
the item’s product information page. Include color and size choices, if
applicable.
5). Mail your package
