We understand your concerns for personal security when placing orders or giving out personal information on the Internet. We use industry-standard encryption methods to transmit your personal registration information from your computer to ours across the Internet, and we restrict access to any transactional portions of our site to computers running web browsers that support Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") protocol. To use this protection technology, you need to have an SSL-capable browser, such as Netscape Navigator 4.5 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5 or higher. These browsers will automatically activate the technology when you log on to our site.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY  

Merchandise shipped is carefully packaged in compliance with carrier instructions and common sense. All shipments should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. Do not throw away packing materials until you are sure everything is okay. You may need these materials to repackage your order. Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carriers receipt  AT TIME OF DELIVERY and co-signed by the carriers agent. The customer is responsible for filing claims with the carrier. If the carrier damaged your package you have to deal with the carrier direct, there is nothing we can do to help. Hopefully, this will not happen to you. We take great care in making sure your  items are protected to prevent damage.
